ROANOKE, Va. (WDBJ) – This week’s Tuesdays of Honor was sent to us from Jerry Nicholas, and he wants to honor his brother-in-law Richard Franklin Wright, Sr.
Richard joined the U.S. Army in 1964; he served in Germany for a year as a chemical inspector.
