SAVANNAH, Ga. (WTOC) – Hope Haven has received a $15,000 donation from the Critz Family Foundation Inc. to support its mission of serving families living with early to mid-stage dementia.
The donation supports Hope Haven’s faith-based respite ministry, launched in February 2025, which offers twice-weekly gatherings for those living with dementia while giving caregivers four hours of relief. Since opening, the program has served 10 families and provided 1,350 hours of respite, maintaining a 1:2 volunteer-to-member ratio and capacity for up to 15 families per day.
