Evansville hosts interfaith dialogue on justice and equality

EVANSVILLE, Ind. (WEHT) — Religious leaders along with the general public gathered at the C K Newsome Community Center to participate in a discussion based on spiritual teachings on social justice and racial equality.

“Here at the end of the week to come together in community and reflection and in prayer to learn about what different faith teachings have to say about racial justice and social justice and caring for our neighbors, and to think about what we can, how we can take that action out back into our community,” says Bridge Convenor Lora Stephens
