A motorcyclist involved in a crash two weeks ago has died from his injuries.
Joseph Thornton, 47, was riding a 2006 Harley-Davidson motorcycle southbound on Glenstone Avenue on the bridge over Trafficway Street with his passenger Shayla Evans, 37, on the evening of Feb. 16, according to a Springfield Police Department news release. Thornton hit another motorcycle, which left the scene prior to officers responding at 9:43 p.m.
