THE WOODLANDS, Texas — A fast-growing workforce community tied to data center development is getting significantly larger, as demand linked to artificial intelligence infrastructure continues to accelerate.
Target Hospitality Corp. announced a second 400-bed expansion to a previously launched data center workforce community, pushing total capacity to more than 1,000 beds.
The expansion, announced Feb. 24, builds on an earlier 250-bed phase and brings the customized campus to support up to 1,050 individuals — a 320% increase from the original build. The company said the site can ultimately grow to accommodate as many as 1,500 people…
