A French-inspired restaurant in Boise is racing to stay open, with its owner saying the business has 30 days to turn things around or face closing.
Amélies, located just off Cole Road in southwest Boise, transformed from a seafood boil house into what the owner describes as a unique dining experience featuring French-inspired dishes. Owner Jason Wang, a young chef, named the restaurant after his wife, Amelie.
