TIGARD, Ore. — The driver of a pickup truck that flew through the air and crashed into the side of a Tigard home was a convicted felon with a stolen gun, Tigard police said.
Police said officers found a handgun and a rifle in the crash debris that were later confirmed to be stolen from Columbia County.
