The Clark County Council has voted unanimously to extend its moratorium on manufactured home park redevelopment.
On Feb. 17, councilors voted to keep manufactured and mobile home parks from being redevelopment sites for another full year. In August 2025, Clark County councilors approved a six-month emergency moratorium to pause all redevelopment applications for manufactured and mobile home parks. Councilors followed up by voting to extend the moratorium in October 2025.
