Gilbert planning commissioners are set to consider a controversial rezoning request for a new retail center on 16.14 acres in south Gilbert this week.
Dubbed “Higley & Ocotillo retail center,” the project is a part of the larger 243-acre Marabella Vineyards Planned Area Development and located at the southeast corner of Higley and Ocotillo roads.
