ALBANY, N.Y. (NEWS10) — With snow moving into the Capital Region, several schools have decided to to close early or cancel after school activities.

According to Meteorologists Matt Mackie and Kevin Appleby, while accumulation totals will be low, a transition to sleet and ice prior to temperatures climbing above freezing could make roadways slippery this afternoon and early evening.
