ANN ARBOR, MI – The sister of a man fatally shot in 2023 testified Monday that he did not have a weapon, despite the defendant’s claims of self-defense.
Terena Jones-Taylor said she had been going to pick up a family member from work around 11:15 p.m. June 28, 2023, when she saw Angelo Weems and brother Darian Taylor having a conversation.
