The City of East Ridge has announced four finalists in its second search for a new City Manager following the retirement of J. Scott Miller in February 2026. The candidates include Brian Koral of Missouri, Rick J. Rudometkin of Florida, James Tyson Ross of Georgia, and Glen T. Adams of Alabama.
