26-001784-1400 BLK Saint Thomas Street-Disorder – The caller reported to police that a female subject was refusing to leave her hotel room and had taken her backpack. She stated he did not wish to prosecute for the theft but simply wanted her belongs back and for the female party to leave her alone. Officers spoke to the female subject in question and advised her to return the backpack. She complied with officers on scene and moved along without issue…
