Robeson Co. man found guilty on 4 charges related to 2016 murder

ROBESON COUNTY, N.C. (WPDE) — A jury found 39-year-old Daniel Richard Cummings guilty Tuesday of the death of Nakoma Deshane Jacobs, 26, in the Red Springs community, according to court officials.

Deliberations by the jury began Monday afternoon. Cummings was charged with first degree murder, conspiracy to commit armed robbery, armed robbery, discharging a weapon into an occupied dwelling, and possession of a firearm by a felon.
