A car crashed through a wrought iron fence and came close to hitting an apartment near First Street and Normal Avenue north of McKinley Avenue.
Police responded to a three-vehicle crash about 8 a.m. Tuesday morning, Fresno police Sgt. Diana Trueba Vega said.
