FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WFFT) – A proposed housing development in southwest Allen County that would add 689 residential lots is scheduled for a public hearing next week.
The Allen County Plan Commission will hear the proposal at 1:30 p.m. March 12 in Room 35 at Citizens Square.
The project, called Communities of Calusa, is planned for the 10500–11000 block of Coverdale Road near Ferguson Road. The area sits southwest of Fort Wayne and close to the Fort Wayne International Airport Expressway corridor.
