Former superintendent sues Spartanburg County School District over withdrawn job offer

SPARTANBURG COUNTY, S.C. (FOX Carolina) – A former school superintendent is suing Spartanburg County School District Four and a board chair over a withdrawn job offer.

Dana Fall, who served as superintendent of Cherokee County School District, filed the lawsuit on Feb. 26, 2026.
