A Yorba Linda father was charged after his 12-year-old son was critically injured while illegally riding an e-motorcycle which he and his father had unlawfully modified, the Orange County District Attorney said.
His son reportedly ran a red light while riding the e-motorcycle and was hit by a car.
Richard John Eyssallenne, 39, pleaded not guilty Tuesday to one felony count of child endangerment and abuse and one misdemeanor count of contributing to the delinquency of a minor. He’s facing a maximum sentence of six years in state prison if convicted…
