KALAMAZOO, MI (WKZO AM/FM) – A 43-year-old Kalamazoo man is in the Kalamazoo County Jail on 8 charges after the Kalamazoo Valley Enforcement Team, Crime Reduction Team, and SWAT carried out a search warrant at a home in the 100 block of Reed Avenue.
It happened February 24th and officers were investigating drug sales and illegal weapons possession.
Officers seized a gun reported stolen to the Cass County Sheriff’s Office in 2024, around 4.5 ounces of methamphetamine, cocaine and fentanyl packaged for sale, money believed to be drug sale profits, and evidence of drug manufacturing and distribution…
