OWOSSO TWP., Mich. (WNEM) – According to Shiawassee Central Dipatch, Michigan State Police are asking residents near Woods & Fields East, 2450 Krouse Road in Owosso Township, to shelter in place due to a barricaded gunman in the park.
MSP said Flint Post troopers responded to a home in the area the evening of Tuesday, March 3 after a 911 caller reported a domestic assault involving a weapon. All occupants safely left the home, except the suspect, who remains barricaded inside.
