Artistry and imagination will be on full display when the Special Needs Schools of Gwinnett hosts its second-annual student art show on March 26. The theme of this year’s show is “Under the Sea.”
The student art show will feature work from each of the 70 children enrolled in the school. The show will run from 5 to 7 p.m. at the campus located at 660 Davis Road in Lawrenceville. The show is open to the public with a small donation requested at the door.
“Our students loving being creative,” said Jamie Hamilton, executive director of the Special Needs Schools of Gwinnett. “They know their artwork is going to be showcased and they’re excited about it. They’re counting down the days and they are hard at work creating everything that’s going to be displayed.”…
