LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WAVE) — Tracy Davenport, a pool company owner accused of defrauding customers across several Louisville-area counties, has pleaded guilty to federal charges.
On Feb. 19, Davenport admitted guilt to charges tied to defrauding more than 50 customers through her pool business, according to the U.S. Attorney’s Office.
