The hot chicken space in the local food scene is about to get hotter, or at least more crowded: The Red Chickz, a fast-casual hot chicken restaurant, is coming to Alabama.
The Red Chickz, which opened its first restaurant in downtown Los Angeles in 2018, says they put a west coast spin on the famous Nashville hot chicken. The company has recently announced that it has signed franchise development deals in Alabama, Georgia and Connecticut.
