PA Gaming Board: Over $112K in fines issued, 8 banned from casinos in February

PENNSYLVANIA (WTAJ) — A total of over $112,000 in fines is being levied against three casino operators, the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board announced Tuesday, in addition to multiple people banned from gambling.

The PGCB shared that Holding Acquisition Co., L.P, Relax Gaming North America, LLC, and Stadium Casino Westmoreland, RE, LLC were each fined due to issues presented by the Board’s Office of Enforcement. Holding Acquisition, operator of Rivers Casino Pittsburgh, was fined $70,000 for seven instances of permitting self-excluded individuals to access the casino and engage in gambling. Relax Gaming North America LLC, which is a licensed internet gaming manufacturer, was fined $32,000 for making changes without prior approval.
