Officers have arrested a man suspected of stealing hundreds of dollars’ worth of trading cards from a Sacramento area store.
Citrus Heights police say the theft happened back on Feb. 18. That day, a thief made off with dozens of packs of trading cards from a retail store along Sunrise Boulevard.
