Pink Heifer BBQ Saloon is bringing Southwest vibes to State Street with Texas-style brisket, chicken, pork and more. The new restaurant is Pink Heifer’s second location after the original opened in Monticello, Wisconsin, four years ago.
The new restaurant, located at 567 State St., will serve a pared-down version of its menu from the Monticello location. Levi Fox, who runs Pink Heifer alongside his brother, Jorden, lists menu highlights as the 12-to-14 hour smoked prime brisket and the mac and cheese bowl, which can be customized with chicken, pork or brisket. The restaurant also offers some lighter fare and a large salad bar.
