Green Bay city council to vote on short-term rental rule changes

GREEN BAY, Wis. (WBAY) – The Green Bay Common Council is scheduled to vote Tuesday on proposed new short-term rental rules for properties.

Proposed changes would include easily displayed house rules, parking restrictions and noise requirements. They would also add, for the first time, specific enforcement measures if problems arise.

The city would also maintain a public online map system listing the locations of permitted short-term rentals and the property owners’ credentials and contact information…
