DENVER, COLORADO — A man has died following an early-morning assault in the 9700 block of East Hampden Avenue, near Interstate 225, after police responded to reports of a beating shortly after 2 a.m.
Authorities confirmed they received a call at approximately 2:08 a.m. regarding an assault in the area. The adult male victim was found beaten and transported to a nearby hospital, where he was later pronounced dead.
