SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (Dakota News Now) – The Sioux Falls Police Department has announced a decrease in most major crime categories in 2025, marking a notable five-year low for the city.
According to police, data shows a 26% decrease in property crime per capita from 2024 to 2025.
The data was shared during a public safety press conference on Tuesday, March 3, held twice a year.
