EUGENE, Ore. — At the morning session of the Lane County Board of Commissioners meeting on Tuesday, March 3, Commissioner David Loveall did not issue an apology that the board asked for after an investigation report came out against him for retaliation on county employees.
The Board of Commissioners voted 3-1 for a censure against Loveall, with him abstaining from the vote.
