EUGENE, Ore. — A Eugene man was arrested Monday after he reportedly started a fire under a deck.
On March 2, Eugene Springfield Fire and Eugene PD responded to the 300 block of Lombard Street for a possible fire under a deck. This location was a stand-alone house with a deck on the backside.
