Former Lebanon volleyball coach charged with having inappropriate relationship with student

LEBANON Ore. (KPTV) – A former school volleyball coach has been charged with having an inappropriate relationship with a child she coached, according to the Lebanon Police Department.

Police say an investigation began on Oct. 31, 2025, after the child’s parent reported inappropriate electronic communications between the child and their adult volleyball coach.

The investigation found that the suspect, 20-year-old Alyssa Joan Baker of Sweet Home, had previously volunteered as a volleyball coach with the Lebanon Community School District, but that her volunteer access had already been terminated as the season had ended prior to the investigation…
