Portland police arrested a 15-year-old Tuesday after they say he made more than a dozen threats to potentially hurt students and staff at his east Portland high school.
Police started investigating the first threat phoned into David Douglas High School in December, they said in a news release. The school received about 12 more threats over the next two months, police said.
