HONOLULU (Island News) – A man was charged after allegedly fighting a man and a police officer in Waikiki over the weekend.
Braxton Rabago, 33, was charged with Attempted Murder in the First Degree, Assault in the Second Degree, and Attempted Assault in the Second Degree.
