2 buildings proposed in Dexter would house up to 10 companies

DEXTER, MI — Vacant land at a business park in Dexter could be transformed into 20,000 square feet of space for multiple businesses. A proposed center has nearly made it through the site plan approval process with city officials.

Property owner Superior Storage Group LLC, led by developer Ryan Joss, proposed the Superior Innovation Center on about 3.6 acres at 2558 Bishop Circle West in the Dexter Business and Research Park off Dan Hoey Road.
