A man has been indicted in the 2024 Christmas Eve shooting death of another man during a struggle over a gun in a Hoover apartment.
A Jefferson County grand jury issued the murder indictment against 30-year-old Anthony Keith Russell on Feb. 6, according to court records made public Tuesday.
