A Maryland bank is foreclosing on a Swatara Township hotel after it defaulted on its mortgage payments, the bank wrote in documents filed in federal court.
Forbright Bank is asking a federal judge to allow the sale of the Sheraton Hershey Harrisburg Hotel, located on Lindle Road in Swatara Township, to recover $28 million from a loan and its interest.
