Joseph Giunta, the retired executive director for the Army Contracting Command-Redstone Arsenal, was called “an icon in the contracting community” during his retirement ceremony Friday.
“Forty-two years of dedicated service, that’s an accomplishment,” Dan Gallagher, deputy to the commanding general of the ACC, said.
