LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WAVE) – A University of Louisville graduate who was shot in the neck during a drive-by shooting in January is speaking out for the first time about his recovery.
Tyler Bright, an aspiring sports broadcaster who graduated from the University of Louisville (UofL), was shot at a gas station in Louisville’s Park Hill neighborhood on January 11. On Tuesday, Bright spoke about what happened, saying he was serving as his roommate’s designated driver that night.
“These two guys came up to me to say, ‘We’re running up on you’ and I didn’t really pay attention to it at the time,” he remembered. “So I just went into my car and that’s when all of a sudden I got struck with the bullet.”…
