MEMPHIS, Tenn. — PMC Biogenix Inc. in North Memphis is permanently closing this spring, according to a WARN Notice that the company filed with the Tennessee Department of Labor and Workforce Development on Tuesday.
The notice says that the closure will take place on April 26, affecting 172 workers. However, they say a union represents 122 employees.
