A Wildwood man previously convicted of stealing a golf cart in The Villages has landed in jail again.
An officer monitoring traffic on Central Parkway spotted 35-year-old Nevada Allen Migan riding a blue dirt bike eastbound around 6:55 a.m. Monday, according to an arrest report from the Wildwood Police Department.
The bike was smoking from the exhaust, and it had no headlight, tailight, turn signals or tag. Migan was not wearing a helmet, either. Due to these safety concerns, the officer turned on his emergency lights and stopped the dirt bike, the report said.
When speaking with the officer, Migan advised that he did not have a driver’s license. He instead handed over an ID, which was used to check his driving history. This revealed his license had actually been revoked after eight unpaid court financial obligations, two cancellations, two controlled substance charges, a habitual traffic violator designation and two penalties for unpaid traffic fines, the report said…
