NORFOLK, Va. — Traffic that backed up Wednesday morning at the Hampton Roads Bridge-Tunnel after a disabled vehicle shut down all eastbound lanes on Interstate 64 is now clearing.
According to traffic officials, the incident affected the eastbound side of I-64 at the Hampton Roads Bridge-Tunnel in Hampton.
