LUBBOCK, Texas — The Lubbock Police Department provided a morning update on Wednesday, March 4. Police took Danny Flores, 41, into custody at the Lubbock County Detention Center for the Tuesday night burglary at a bank near 9th Street and Avenue Q.
LPD officials stated that the initial call came in at approximately 8:17 p.m. for reports of a burglary in progress. Officers said that a person was inside the bank, which led to a perimeter being established around the area. On-duty SWAT officers also responded to the scene.
