NORTH LITTLE ROCK, Ark. – Police in North Little Rock have made an arrest after a man was found dead at an apartment complex Tuesday morning.
According to the North Little Rock Police Department, officers responded to Foothills Apartments on Lakeview Road at 6:28 a.m. for reports of gunshots fired in the area.
After arriving on the scene, officers located 47-year-old Russell Taylor of North Little Rock inside an apartment, who was pronounced dead at the scene from at least one gunshot wound.
