EUGENE, Ore. — The Eugene Police Department has issued a statement regarding the blocking of roadways during protests that occurred in downtown Eugene on Saturday, Feb. 28, 2026.
Our team reached out to Eugene PD to ask about their response to Saturday’s protest. They confirmed that blocking the roadway is Disorderly Conduct and is considered a Class B Misdemeanor.
