Damascus, MD (JK) – Montgomery County authorities are investigating a deadly crash that occurred Monday night in Damascus.
Police and fire rescue crews from the 5th District were called to Ridge Road, north of Sweepstakes Road, around 10:29 p.m. after reports of a multi-vehicle collision. When first responders arrived, they found the driver of a Toyota Camry in the roadway, having been ejected from the vehicle. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
The driver of a Lexus NX350, an adult woman, was trapped inside her vehicle and required extrication. She was taken to a local hospital with serious but non-life-threatening injuries. A third vehicle, a Ford Fusion, was also involved, but its driver was not injured…
