Not since The Banshee first opened its doors in 2021, has it set about to serve lunch. But after years of dinner service, the decision has been made to launch its new lunchtime menu.
At a time when the downtown restaurant landscape has shifted, and continues to shift, The Banshee operator, Conor Hawkins, has opted to come out swinging. This, my friends, is good news on many fronts.
First, having a full fledge Irish pub for lunch downtown means that hungry patrons now have access to a all sorts of delicious pub fare, at their beck and call.
