CHARLOTTE, N.C. — North Carolina residents feeling the sting of high winter utility bills now have a new resource to help offset those costs.
Energy Saver NC, a state-run rebate program, provides financial assistance to income-qualified homeowners and renters seeking energy efficiency and electrification upgrades for their homes.
