RALEIGH, N.C. (WNCN) — An elementary school in Raleigh was visited by North Carolina Gov. Josh Stein and first lady Anna Stein on Monday morning to celebrate Read Across America Day.
“We’re grateful to Gov. Stein and first lady Anna Stein for spending time with our students and celebrating Read Across America Day here in Wake County,” Wake County Public School System Superintendent Robert P. Taylor said in a statement.
