NORTH CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCIV) — New court documents released this week reveal additional information about the case of a North Charleston man charged with 10 counts of third-degree sexual exploitation of a minor.
Albert Ja Von Smalls, 21, was arrested in January after investigators said illicit material was discovered during a pre-employment screening at the Charleston County Sheriff’s Office. At the time, charges were announced, but additional details were not provided.
